Sea School is a recognised provider of commercial boat licence courses on the Gold Coast. We have two convenient course locations at Burleigh Heads and also in Tweed Heads on the Tweed River. Our Burleigh Heads branch is for commercial boat licence courses whereas Tweed offers both recreational and commercial boat licence courses.

We have an experienced team of knowledgeable and experienced instructors who are enthusiastic about maritime operations and committed to assisting students in achieving success in their courses. Our courses have a big focus on safety protocols, emergency response and risk management, demonstrating the school's dedication to safety. Our courses are practically based to ensure students are prepared for real life situations.

We offer a range of courses both recreational and commercial courses including the boat licence course, general boat handling, navigation, sea survival, engineering, seamanship and the use of marine radios.

We have courses for beginners all the way to experienced mariners seeking to fine-tune their knowledge or learn additional skills.

Sea School offers courses in Coxswain (Grade 1 and Grade 2), General Purpose Hand, Master <24, Marine Engine Driver (Grade 2 and Grade 3) and many more.
