When do I pay for the course?

You can book now and pay now, or
You can book now and pay later.
The course must be paid prior to the course starting date; or be arranged by the Enrolments & Accounts Controller, Lisa Whiley. Options may include cash payments, a payment plan or invoiced and paid by your employer.

Commercial Crew Courses

I have booked, paid for and am already attending the course, but am unable to attend one day (or the rest of the course) due to an emergency, illness or have to go to work. What do I do?

Quickly speak to the Trainer or Training Officer. If possible return the same day, following day and/or ensure you re-enrol on the same day/s the following month.
